Please help with email marketing system choosing!

i'm researching for a few days for a email CRM system which will be resolve all me requirements.
Here is the key features:
- Desktop solution preferred but cloud also consider
- Big volume and big clients. we're gonna send up to 20M per month
- Own smtp servers connection
- will be great app push crm supporting. All in one email + app push
- multiplatforming (for example collecting event from web/mob/app)
- supression (hygiene) bounce, fbl, etc
- action, repeat and once campaigns supporting
- segmentation
Better will be desktop software with lifetime licence but web-based solution passed also.
I'm really need it as a manager in a big project where triggered emails are not develop.
