I wouldn't waste your time or effort to send anything to that list. Assuming you didn't personally create this list over months of hard work and research.

I would try to see if you can convert any of them to warm subscribers, just send out a friendly hello, and throw out a freebie. If anyone bites move them over to a warm list from there. The worst that can happen is that nobody opens it.

Position yourself as a way to boost leads or sales or boost their subscriber rate this is the start of a lucrative business relationship if done right. Write in favor of relationship.

Lol, this is really interesting. Definitely sounds like you have quite an asset! It would be a shame not to even try to monetize it.

The only words that comes to mind are, "stress", "responsibility", and "income".

1) Perhaps you can send them a respectful email (since they didn't opt in to receive any emails from you), introducing yourself as some sort of an "Executive Counselor" or "Executive Coach", and offer something that may benefit their mental health and fitness. Make sure you load the email list into some sort of an autoresponder that gives them the ability to "opt-out" of your list.

2) Sell the list to luxury car dealers, luxury watch dealers, luxury boat/yacht dealers, any luxury dealer, care-takers for the elderly, child care professionals, Mansion house cleaners, Plastic Surgeons, Yoga Instructors, Massage Therapists, Escort Services (there, I said it, lol), and any other business that you can think of that service high-end clients. (Since I'm not a lawyer, I don't know if this is legal in Australia to sell email lists, so please be careful).

3) You can create a Custom Audience in Facebook and load all the emails in to that list. It will then identify any matching Facebook profiles and you can place relatively inexpensive Facebook Ads offering any of the services I mentioned above.

There, those are some things to chew on, lol.

Did you personally create the list? If not.. those emails are getting seen by NO ONE important..

If you haven't built the list your self then you will be wasting your time.
