I need to hire a full time mailer for my sites

can anyone offer some recommendations

Ive run mail campaigns b4, and I always use an in-house guy/gal

every-time I outsource:
a) my list/s gets compromised
b) Im ok with cheeky tactics, but not illegal ones

Could you clarify what you mean by needing a "full time mailer?"

What types of tasks do you require?

Yeah an in house guy is usually needed for the job, but except you need someone on location and not remote then you can be completely rest assured your list isn't compromised when you delegate this work...

Trust is what you need here -(if you're hiring remote) or can cleaning to avoid hard bounces, testing template for spam filter, dedicated IP configuration et cetere et cetera be done with teamviewer - i'm missing something here mate.

How do you intend to hire someone remotely that would trust that he isn't going to compromise your list....?

I got a guy that handles my mailing ....

All gr8 replies james. i used to have an in-house guy, but I still had to trust him, as he usually checked his work from home after hours... so in the end, I had to trust him

Check Warriors For Hire for some email marketers with a proven track record. I know, it's hard to work out who has and hasn't got a proven track record, but your safest bet here is to look for people with either a list of their own that they've grown (not acquired).

look for someone who has some interest in your niche field, assuming by your username 'liquidwebmasters' you're after someone to either handle your own email marketing OR handle your clients?

Trust wise, you'll pay a little more for remote workers if they have a variety of reviews from multiple clients or employers. Their business' livelihood relies on their digital reputation so it's important for them to keep that in line. The more questions they ask you, the better.
