Physical product strategy to email list of 11,000

Hey guys,

I have a digital product in the welding training niche. I teach people how to MIG weld through 2 video courses.

I know I can sell MIG welders to my email list. The purchase price for a new MIG welder is $300-$500. Any suggestions on what route to go here? Should I sell them as an amazon affiliate, or strike a deal with a company to sell their welders to my list for a commission?

I do ok with my digital products, but want to add physical products to increase LTV of my customers.

I appreciate any input.

Thanks,
Garrett

That has nothing to do with my posting. Doesn't provide any value whatsoever. Get an upwork account if you're looking for clients.

    Hi Garrett

I think you should try to strike a deal with a MIG Welder supplier.
Mention to them that you can bring in xxx amount of buyers for their product, but you are looking for a special price on them.

Once you have secured the special price to purchase at, add in your margain to the price and then offer it to your customers.

This is an excellent way to create even more value for your subscriber list.

What do you mean by add in your margin to the price?

He means you should make a profit. Say the company gives the welder to you for $300 then you should sell them to your list for $330 or $350 or whatever works. So that you have a profit margin on every single welder you can sell to your list.

You'll have to think about how to handle the sales so that you get your payout
