GetResponse to Yahoo email deliverability problem?

Can anyone confirm or deny that GetResponse has a problem delivering to Yahoo email addresses? This poster suggests GR was blacklisted:

    I'm not seeing any problems with yahoo.

    There are many reasons why someone could land in the spam folder.

    You could set up a bunch of seed accounts and test your inbox placement,

      ZERO problems broadcast or autoresponder. Inbox all my seeds.

      No problems with any seeds other than Hotmail/Outlook. All other domains inbox with no problems regardless of autoresponder / broadcast.

      However, my 3rd party data business sometimes need to change username to inbox. All 1st party opt-in has no problems.
