I have 100k quality emails. How can I use it? i was planning to start a dropship store can I use it? Because I asked the same thing on Reddit and some users told me it's illegal. Now iIam thinking if its illegal then solo ads are also illegal. Because in the case of solo ads list owner shares their email list. even there is no proof. He/she create the list through organic ways or buy it from somewhere else?

    They can be a 100k quality emails, but how did you collect these emails, is there a specific niche they apply to and has this list been proven to buy. There are alot of questions you need to ask about your list, will they be interested in the kinds of products you will be selling. Also you have to see if the list is Terr1 or 2 because Terr 1 is the best for promoting products. And last but not least, before you go all in, you should test our list.

      I have complete detail what kind of product they bought even what product they exactly. I just want to know can I use those email for promote similar product. When i don't have exact list owner permission ? About the email quality i am 100% sure i got it from a very trusted person. But that list is not his also. He just gave me taht list for my use not for sell.

    How you collected those emails is in threshold method or in double optimum methods and for which Niche you have collected them .For what purpose you want to use them any specific location or among the specific people or group.Please be clear first about your target!

      i did not bought it. I got it from 1 of my very trusted freind. Who just give me for use it not for sell. Even that list is not his own it has been taken from few stores.

        Then, register in Udimi and make money doing solo ads for many hungry buyers.
        Or, promote products with highest popularity and commission rate in JVZoo, Clickbank etc, to the list.

          But I don't have actual list owner permission. I don't think I can use them through solo ads legally.

          Second, think I just want it to use for promoting my dropship store which I am planning to use in future. But, When I heard its illegal I am sad 100K quality email is useless.

    I've been monetizing purchased data for over 16 years.

    It is more complicated that it may appear on the surface.

    Do you know the country origin for each email? Different countries have different laws.
    How old is the data?
    How was the data collected?

      few data is up tp date some is 1 year old and some is more than 1 year old.

      i dont have permission of the real list owner. is there a way i can use those email ?

    Just want to make things clear.

    Solo ad vendors usually sell clicks from sending solos to people who are already subscribed to their list and they will have permission to send emails to their list, if not, clicks from their funnels (bonus page, download page etc.)

    They have one way of another obtain the permission to email them.

    I think it is different from how you have obtained that email list.

    Correct me if I am wrong.

      Yes, you are right. Is there any other way I can use those email. Like 1 suggestion I received to use those email through the Facebook custom audience. Are there any other similar ways too?

    I think the answer on Reddit was spot on. You are asking here because you didn't like that answer....looks like some people here are more 'flexible'...

    Someone you know gave you a list that he took or scraped from someone else without their permission. He did not buy the list - it is not his list to use - but he gave it to you.

    You do not own the list - you do not have permission to use the list from the list owner....

    People on the list didn't give you permission to email them.

    I'm assuming US and not EU?
    Why would you assume that - rather than India?

      Actually, I am asking here because I am trying to find an alternative way to use it. Like I received a suggestion like I can use those email through the Facebook custom audience. I was not knowing anything about that and I like that suggestion. And hope i will get another similar way to using emails without violate and TOS.

    I am sad 100K quality email is useless
    The people on that list did not agree to receive emails from YOU. My guess is the list was taken without the list owners knowledge or consent. Is that correct?

    The one "suggestion" you like is the one that says "use the list".

    Do what you want but don't expect experienced marketers here to tell you it's OK. It is not your list.

    How many ways can you ask the same question?

    It's not your list - you don't have permission of those on the list to email them - you don't have permission of the list owner to use the list.

    But you will do what you want. Whatever.

    You have many quality emails, but do you really know about them? Let people know about you before you want to sell or introduce something to them. Be careful, do not be annoyed by sending rampant emails without understanding your customer psychology.

    How big your list means ZERO. To market anything you need people who know who you are.
