    Peruse their forums and get the information from a tried and true source.

    You could go with PLR, but you might do just as well writing copy on your own after checking the pulse of the industry.

    I suggest this because you are looking for 'free'.

    Doing what I suggest is surely free and you'll get laser targeted information.

      What do you mean 'content'?

      Do you want the emails written for you? Or are you after ideas for writing email copy yourself?

      As others have said... you could go down the PLR route.

      But if you're just after ideas then check out Bodybuilding.com

      Read the articles there, get a feel for "whats hot".
