Link Tracking Service with Country Filtering?

In the past I have segmented my lists for my email marketing campaigns, but I would like to use a tracking service that would only allow traffic from certain countries (i.e.USA) to pass through to the destination link.

Additionally I'd like only unique clicks to pass through.

Any recommendation and prices?
