How to market my email list of Business that Are Looking To Buy

Long story short I've got 15 years in the Cellular Accessory and Repair Business. If I didn't train the guy at your local repair shop. I probably trained the person that trained him. That combined with a very stupid wholesaler of repair parts. Who included his email list in an email to me by accident. Has given me the email addresses at I'd say 75% of the repair shops in the Continental United States. These are shops looking for parts at the best pricing and nothing more. My initial thought was to reach out to wholesalers and Chinese manufacturers to sell the list. But I'm smart enough to know I have no idea what I'm doing. Do I charge a flat rate for my list of 900+ shops? Do I charge per? Do I negotiate some sort of an affiliate rate based on why they buy?

Any help anyone can offer would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to learning some new tricks.

You may want to ask this question over at one of the black hat forums, b/c from what I can tell, you don't own this list. That means either selling the list, or emailing the people on the list, is a bit sketchy at best.

Where do you get this nonsense from? You surely don't imagine that Mailchimp is going to allow such a list to be "imported"?!
