[Aweber] Is it possible to send emails individually to our subscribers ?

Hey Warriors !

I have a simple newbie question regarding to Aweber.

In fact, I would like to send some emails individually to my subscribers... Here is a case study of what I mean :

1) User A subscribes to my list on July 10th, several days later (let's say 3 days later) he receives an email to download an ebook for example.
2) User B also subscribes to my list, but on July 15th. He also receive the same email User A previously received, 3 days later too, regarding to the date when he subscribed to my list.
3) And the same for all of my subscribers !

Is it possible ? Same email sent to a date regarding to the subscription date of the user.

If it is possible, can you just quickly tell me how, or what is the name of this method ? Then, I'll do some searches about it.
