I want to build my own Bulk Email Service for Customers

I'm part of the wholesale association business. I have over 10,000 members and I would like to become a bulk email service provider for the members. I looked around for different white label solutions like sendy.co and some other more expensive solution but I'm not sure if that is what I should be doing. I kind of want a system of my own.

I guess my questions are:
Is there a bulk email software that could be installed on my own server and can handle customer sign-ups, and a robust interface to send bulk emails, using templates, campaigns...and other expected features?
Does it need to be configured via some SMTP service?

I need to get going in some direction so that I can start building the solution

    Why don't you guys start offering IP Masking Port Email systems.
    Starting a email marketing business is easy , big thing is being able to inbox the emails every single time!

    Would love to give live demo on Skype if anyone is interested.

      I use sendy and amazon. My last bill was 2.35 . Its great. If you need help setting it up you can pay them. Great pricing.

        I have been providing email sending service to many of my clients...its relatively not a big thing if you are a server expert...but the difficult thing is to get them to inbox and make sure that the clients that you lease it to do no abuse it or send illegal content.
