Well i am new on e-mail marketing, and i was wondering if it's possible to get sign-up's this way, and do they count as high quality.

Let's say i make a video about "How To Get Rid Of Acne", and i offer a free e-book, to get it they need to sign up with their e-mail. Will this work?

Yes; in principle, it can work well, if you can get enough targeted traffic to the sign-up page. It's a "tried and tested" method, but like all methods it depends on getting enough targeted traffic.

      The possibilities are enormous.

The proportion of people who make $6k+ per month from email marketing, just like the proportion of people who make $6k+ per month from CPA, is very small. This is true of all "internet marketing", though (and perhaps true of most other forms of attempted self-employment, too)? You know this already, right?

It's true that with email marketing (typically for affiliate marketing, as opposed to CPA, of course), there's no real ceiling on earnings, so there are possibilities of earning much more. But most people don't.

I can't prove this, but for what it's worth, I strongly suspect that if you look at successful internet marketers who are earning two or three times as much as that (say $12k - $18k per month) you'll find that they're all (or very nearly all) doing so through some form of email marketing.

So perhaps the potential is higher.

But perhaps the proportion of people who actually achieve it is lower?

It's very difficult to know, of course, because (as is true for many things in internet marketing) there are no officially collated figures, and indeed no official method for collating them!

Well, it doesn't have to be. I'm biased anyway, because that's (most of) what I do for a living.

I always think ClickBank products will probably be the right answer for someone who's going to take it seriously, negotiate the learning-curve successfully, and is interested in earning a living from it, and building a real, asset-based business, rather than just in "making a bit of money from it each month, to help out".

I also think that people who have become successful at one form of internet marketing are in a higher-than-normal probability-group for becoming successful at another (because they've already proven their reliability, they understand that you have to "learn stuff", they know how to test and track, and they know that you have to jump over a lot of hurdles and that if you fall at any one of them, there's no income worth talking about and often not even anyone to tell you reliably and accurately at which hurdle you fell.)

So on that basis, I'd say "Yes, ClickBank products".

Be aware, though, that it's very different from CPA! This might get you oriented a little: http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post7110523
