How to set up the email list registraion all over the screen ?

I've seen people do it..
When you enter the site and the first thing you see is the "your name and email" to register the mailing list
How can I do it ?

    Well, there are two ways:

    You can just get a theme, like this one: Marketers Delight — The Perfect Thesis Skin For Marketing Just About… Anything!

    Or, you can use a pop-up or light box or whatever they're called. Personally, I don't like pop-ups, because they're annoying.

    Some people also report that lists built without pop-ups are more responsive and more profitable, because get different people to subscribe. And it's natural, if you think about it: many people who enter their email addresses in a pop-up only do it to avoid it appearing again, so they use bogus email addresses or never actually read the emails you send them, because they don't care - they just wanted the pop-up to disappear once and for all.
