Email List question

EMAIL MARKETING

I'm very new to this and i'm trying to build an email list but i dont know what email list/newsletter thing to sign up with. I have no money to spend at the moment so i'm looking for a free one and if I start making a little on the site i will be able to afford a paid one. I've been looking at MailChimp and they start off free up to a certain amount of subscribers and emails sent. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions. Any help would be much appreciated.

Short answer: either GetResponse (first month free, then $15 per month, or $12 per month if prepaid for a year) or Aweber (first month $1, then $19 per month).

Huge mistake. It doesn't work that way at all. It's honestly better to start without one.

Start without one: you need only $15 to subscribe to GetResponse for 2 months. Wait until you have $15. (If you don't have $15 in two months, then it isn't a business at all and doesn't need one? ).

  If you have a plan and have confidence it will create income, I would use Get Response. Once you join, if you use a referral link to offer it to your list you can each get a $30 credit when they join, so it should be easy enough to end up with it being free.

With getresponse you will get 2 times more subscribers than with Aweber which is also very good. Getresponse starter plan for 15$/1000 contacts, Aweber starter plan 19$/500 contacts. Both are very good, probably the best, but Getresponse is cheaper

I use GetResponse and its a very good autoresponder service. Its cheap, and has a ton of nice features.
