Inbox blue print - stuck and need help

I purchased the inbox blue print, and did the following:
- picked a niche
- setup a site, with one of the opt-in templates provided
- setup campaigns with Getrepsone
- used some samples email provided in bonus materials just to test the system, and wite 12 emails
- I think where I'm stuck is the traffic. I used forums, but I have no luck. I don't even know if I setup my things correctly. I asked for help from their support but I only get vague answers, or no response at all. Any advise is appreciated. I don't have a lot of budget for paid advertising at this time.

How long have you been trying to generate traffic? You need to give it time & not expect a surge of traffic after just one or two posts.

Ideally, if you're using forums as a form of a traffic generation, it's a good idea to be an active member of that forum & interact with other members. Give tips & comment on other peoples posts.

Do this regularly & give it a bit of time.

As for setting your campaign up correctly, don't worry about it dude. At least it's up & running right? You can always tweak it later. Plus, you'll learn from it so have no fear.

    Hope that helps.

    Cheers Dude!

If you want to know that your forms are up and running correctly, sign yourself up with a couple different e-mail addresses and make sure you're able to sign up. You're going to want to have several test accounts set up anyway, so you can see whether the messages are hitting the in-box or are getting sent straight to the spam folder.

I'm working on the Inbox Blueprint too!

The tough thing about forum marketing is that most forums do not allow you to have links in your profile or signature. I've tried that with the dating niche. Forum mods don't like when you leak traffic from their sites.

As of today, I see that you only have 1 post here.

You just need a lot more posts. Lots more.

If you don't have the time, pay for solo ads. I got my first 33 subscribers for $18 on soloadmarketplace.com.

I'm learning this course too. We can help each other.

Generating traffic from forums may require lot of time and effort. It can be really helpful if the posts are of high quality as such posts can get lot more attention and bring you much more traffic.

Exactly @anwar001! It's a free traffic method, but it is so much work.

The hardest part is actually finding a forum that 1) has a lot of traffic 2) allows links 3) in your niche. Finding the right forums are the hardest part. I spent a lot of time helping in the dating niche forums and then found out that sending a link to your opt-in page was big no no.

I kind of felt bad for leaving that forum because so many people needed help and a lot of the advice was crap, but I had to allocate my time towards building my business. Tough choices.

Thank you guys! Pinay11 why do you say link to opt-in page was a big no-no on forum traffic?

Some forums have strict rules. I think because the forums have their own affiliate links and adsense ads. They want readers to click on their ads and don't want to compete with your links. They don't want their boards to look too spammy. You can get kicked out.
The best boards are the ones that allow you to have links in your signature. They're really hard to find though. Some let you just have the url that isn't live. Not ideal, but better than nothing.
I can't find the perfect forum for my niche as of now, so I'm doing article and video marketing. I had to spend money to get the article and video, but it is less time consuming. I've also bought solo ads.

Pinay11, I am at the exact same point in InboxBlueprint as you are. Everything is setup and I tested it with an email of my own. Now all I need is some people who want to lose some weight. I came here looking for weight loss solo ads. Most are for make money from home and internet marketing. We can't all be in that niche can we? Below is my shortened url from bit.ly for an example . You'll notice that it still tells you what it's all about. However, on a forum for SEO purposes it might not help you out.
      edit:
oops! I set it up to give the page title. Pretty good actually. the link url is: bit.ly(/drop-the-fat-now) drop the parenthesis.

    Hey livefreesimple,

I too have been with Inbox blueprint since early this year. I have also found it challenging to hear back from support. I kept at it and eventually they reached out to me and were very helpful.
    So keep trying!

As for your traffic concerns...Well the GREAT thing is that you have built your funnel and all you have to do now is focus on traffic (quality). I don't know your niche, but that is the KEY...It depends on how well you know your target market. I have found that with the different niches Im involved in requires different methods.

I agree with what has been said, it takes time, trial and error...so keep adding value to your niche and eventually they will take the bait!!

    All the best!!

I'd take a closer look at your sig before you post too much more... compare it to others, for example, the one just above this... that says: "I Build Amazon Sites That Sell!" - that would greatly interest me if I were doing Amazon sites... it would just about force me to click on it.

What do you think entices anyone to click on your sig???

    Just a thought...

Yeah I would have to agree with the Signature thing.

Your Sig makes no reference to anything There is nothing wanting me to click on a tinyurl link.

      Sorry !!

Let people know in your Sig the benefits they can have by Clicking on the Link

In any kind of persuasive writing in every sentence, you should have a compelling reason for your reader to want to read the next sentence or the next page.

There is nothing here that makes me what to do that.

Ive bought Inbox Blue Print too, and also sent support a few message and got no reply, Anik is still on Honeymoon, so his whole team must be on holiday too…
I have been finding the video traning overwhelming, and I seem to be suffering information overload, between the webinars, bonus, I haven't actually taken any steps yet, but if you like me to test ur emails or anything just message me…maybe I might need the favour return when I start

You are pretty right Laura! There is an overload of info and when you start asking their support, they give vague answers. Anik is an excellent marketer, but I wish his support was as compatible!

There are so many webinars that I feel are not relevant. I mean the only good ones are hosted by David Lovelace, they are informational. Rest are all upsells!

I thought I'd outsource, but realized that I should write. Because I know what I want to convey to my list.

However, there are several good warriors here who will write good emails for you, if you are not comfortable writing your own emails.

I am just not using PLR content. Doing my own research. I dislike PLR content. It has been rehashed so many times that it has no value now.

Hey guys, forum marketing for list building works, but it's kind of slow. Whenever you start making some money, make sure that your REINVEST your profits in paid traffic to keep the momentum going. The faster you build your list, the more profitable. List building loves speed.

Paid advertising is king when it comes to list building and anything online, so you want to go from building your list with your time to building your list with dollars!

I emailed support over TWO MONTHS AGO and never got a reply - is this REALLY how Anik operates?

    Disappointed would be an understatement!

I really disappoint when I saw the video launch, its the same as InboxBlueprint (the first launch early this year). I know you can make money on email however what he explain is almost theoretical stuff. Is not that easy to get subscriber if you don't have strong lead magnet. I do prefer how DigitalMarkter, Ryan Diess and co explain how to do correctly email marketing and how to scale it. This is my personal opinion

if you have $200 to build a small list of 200- 300 emails. then start doing clickbanking or ad swaps to build your list for free.
i will even do ad swaps with you. (ad swap is when you send to my list and i send to your list) we both build our lists for free.

Hope you don't mind if I jump in and answer...

Clickbanking is where you actually make each visitor to your site turn into 1.5 visitors ... or even 2 visitors...

        There are two possibilities here...

Redirect someone who leaves your landing page to someone else's landing page... (using an exit script) That person will then send someone to your page in return. You're 'banking' clicks - because generally you'll send 100 clicks their way, then they'll return the favor. This clickbanking is not as valuable as the next form...

Second Possibility: After someone signs up to your list - and on your download page - you have a 'bonus' which is merely the gift someone else is giving away for signups to their list - in other words, you redirect them to the other person's landing page. This is somewhat more valuable - first, because you've landed someone to your email list, and they've intentionally clicked to find their way to the other landing page.

Again, you send 100 visitors, and they'll return the favor.

Clickbanking is a way that two people with greatly unequal sized lists can work with each other. If my list is just 350 people, and your list is 4,700 people, I could hardly expect to ad swap with you... you'd take a huge hit for little gain.

But by clickbanking - you have the bigger list - you've gotten the 'payment' upfront - and now you simply send 100 clicks back (in one fell swoop)

For any sort of serious clickbanking, you're going to need some method of tracking each click... and preferably a way of managing those clicks... for example, 'My Click Boss' allows me to send you only Tier One traffic, and sends the rest to some affiliate offer. This maximizes my usage of clicks.

You can find tons of clickbanking partners over on Facebook - where there are dozens of forums dedicated just to clickbanking.

        Hope this helps!
