How about a book or video on exercise for desk jockeys? Useful exercises one could do at a home office or even a cubicle without looking like a fool?

Supplements that have claims backed up by human clinical studies that you can quote citations and show that the supplement you are offering is using the same exact ingredients used in the studies. Or you can do what many do and just promote what is hot at the time. ,Additionally, most supplements have huge mark ups, so they would be a strong upsell or back-end product.

There used to be a gizmo you could hang on your fridge that did exactly this. It was activated by a motion sensor that triggered the noise when the door moved (opened).

Some people swore by it. Some swore at it as they grabbed that quart of Ben & Jerry's. Most ignored it until the fad wore off.

Monthly newsletter with recipes, success stories, etc.
Monthly susbscription for motivational tips - delivered daily
Yearly subscription - 52 weeks of motivation, recipes, etc.

Of course, in some of the emails, you'll have suggestions of other products and services.

In the newsletters, you can suggest other products and services, plus sell ad space.
