I just got his Hoopla email -
if you didn't get it or you're
not on his list, it's posted on
his blog here:

http://www.johndelavera.com/blog/

It's all about fishing and Hoopla,
and AMAZING psychic powers.

I like his writing style.

I have always called him the 'mad scientist'

I like his writing style as well... but he is a mystery to me the majority of the time.

Sincerely,

Paul Kleinmeulman

I agree with you Paul.

But no matter what, John is ALWAYS entertaining. And he creates amazing software.

Karl, I can't believe I read that whole thing but I as riveted. Yes, he does have a kind of quirky style that almost makes me think the guy is demented.

I love it!

Thanks for sharing.

I don't generally read newsletters
when they arrive... I just study
them occasionally for learning
purposes.

I, too was riveted - the man
certainly has his own unique style.

Lol John,
I was a little scared when I saw your name on this post
from outside the forum - I thought I was going to get
a good kicking for calling you insane.

Karl

Insane is the one that things he is logical
when everyone else thinks the opposite.

This is not the case here.

John definitely has a unique style. I always wonder which way the story will lead.

With this one I was wondering 'how is he going to give me the affiliate money - and for what this time' - and then saying the magic words and counting the dots.

But it all makes sense in the end - and really teaches and makes you think.

well done again John,

onward and upward,
Jack

definatly got me to read it all.

Joe Sugarman said the purpose of the first line is to get you to read the second line.
The purpose of the second line? To get you to read the 3rd line.

That was fun reading. All these products offered all the time with tons of hoopla, good thing for fast scrolling.................

Uniqueness.... That is my friend John.

John Delavera does what most of us don't like to do.....THINK!

I have told John on occasion that if he were alive when Socrates was alive, Socrates would be an unknown.

John's messages, no matter what format, contain wisdom and intrigue. Knowing John as I do, I believe his purpose is to be the best and to bring others along side him. In today's terms, I think his Mission Statement would say, "Aspire to inspire before you expire" and he is daily fulfilling that mission, one step at a time.

To the couple posters who didn't know John or what he is about, the loss is yours. I would encourage you to get to know him and what he stands for.

"Blessed are those who can give without remembering and take without forgetting".

That is the definition of Turboreferer.

Thanks John not for just what you do, but who you are.

Jim

Fishing Trip!

That is all I heard...

When and where?

I am game.

I have a pond filled with large mouth bass...

a lot of fun to catch...

always willing to try another spot...

I never use more then 3 rods at a time though...

however, I have 3 huge tackle boxes full of lures...

I was deprived as a child so now that I am "older"

I spoil myself and splurge on tackle...

it is a personal quirk.

I am sure if I went fishing with JD, I would
have to talk about marketing...

I am certain that I would come home with a lot
more then just fish.

Every line he writes says so much that you can't ever keep up with him.

First he's one of the *extremely rare* marketers that actually WRITES a REAL newsletter, and not only sends sales pitch... Like more than 90% do ...

And among those rare it's almost among the only ones I still read... As far as I can remember he's always came out with innovative and unique things and ideas indeed...

Keep on rambling man we love it ... :)

Regards,

Andre Foisy

P.S. : John, now I understand why you're quiet lately ... lol

Hi Andre

I agree with you 100%.

But I would also like to add that John's newsletters are a treasure and the ONLY newsletter that I not only save but print out. I then read them and read them again and then again. Each is a gem of marketing genius.

If only I were as insane as John!

Donna,

And I thought I was the only one doing that

No doubt John has the ability to touch people's lives in many ways.

Hey Daniel

John teaches his TMers very well. I think the majority of us hang onto his every word. After all, we are smart enough to be TMers so we are also smart enough to listen to what John has to say!

John's mind works at approximately 27 levels above mine. I find most of his stuff to be utterly confusing.

Besides, thinking hurts...

Thankfully he is also a great individual who listens and responds, and has been mentioned, has been known to create some pretty good stuff. That's why I'm a Turbomember and stick around.

John, I wish you were a bit more "public". I was at Underground UK and didn't even know that you were there until after I returned home... Gotta start taking notes about how to be public and private at the same time.

Best regards,
Tom

Fishing Analogy....

Once a Catholic Priest, a Jewish Rabbi and a Protestant minister were fishing together in a boat in the middle of a lake. After about 3 hours of fishing, the Priest said, "I am tired of fishing. I'm going to shore." He then throws his leg over the boat side and walks across the top of the water to shore.
After a little while, the Rabbi said, "I'm tired of this too and I'm not catching anything, so I am going to join my friend the Priest." He then throws his leg over the boat side and walks across the top of the water to shore.
The Protestant minister continued fishing. After a while, he thought, "I have as much faith as my other two friends, so I'm going to shore, too.". He then throws his leg over the boat side and sinks to the bottom. He climbs back in the boat and begins telling himself that his faith is just as strong as the other two. He tries it again, and sinks to the bottom. He climbs back into the boat and tries several more times with the same results.
The Priest and the Rabbi are watching all of this and the Priest turns to the Rabbi and says,
"Do you think we should tell him where the rocks are before he drowns himself?"

Analogy....
Imagine John Delevera and two other "gurus" are in the boat fishing in this scenario.

John Delavera is the Priest.

John Delavera "knows where the rocks are!"

Thanks John,

Jim Kelley

Insane or not, John is one of the most amazing online entities I have ever had the privilege of doing business with. He does what he says he will do, he honors his commitments, he is kindhearted and generous, and he's brilliant. (Can you tell I'm a John Delavera fan?) and no, I'm not related nor have I ever had the privilege of meeting him, but someday, maybe if I'm lucky I will. I recommend his products and his entertaining blog. One of the few I *take* the time to read. :-) Thanks for being YOU, John. :-)
