Hi Has anyone used the freelancer system from listing to selling?

If so can you let us know of your experience - I have a few hundred domain names that only 20% have sites , however they should all be built over the next 12 months - In the meantime I will also be looking at just selling off the straight domain name - so just wondering if we have the volume & interest on here yet,
