advices for the freemarket

first ill give my review about it
I made a listing there around 2 weeks ago but still nothing. I posted a question about how many visitors do they get but never got an answer . I think its a fine place to sell websites but it needs time and improvements. And I have few advices:
- Dont let if free listing. Just 2 $ or 3 would make a huuuuge difference
- add backlinks statistiques from majesticseo or ahrefs
- give the seller the possibility to attach analytics
- give seller the possibility to add bbcode
- add "watchers"
- add some moderators to verify listings before they are posted
- add the payements method
I believe the things I mentioned arent hard to add and trust me adding a fee would give a major changing
