Are PR domains still worth

I own the domain name Havana-Mix.com which is a PR 5 domain, planning to list it for sale. What are your opinions?

You will get a better value if you put a basic wordpress install on it and sell it on the starter site section of flippa - the buyers in that category love PR high domains/sites they can develop out

I second this opinion. I personally know people who go crazy over PR high domains in the starter section.

Just taking a quick glance at it, there is no way that site is a PR 5. The links do not back it up.

        A few things:

First of all, PR checkers are pretty worthless and easily fooled. I hope you did not pay much for this domain because it is likely someone used a redirect to trick the toolbar PR and sell it to someone that actually believes it has PR.

Second, of course the PR has not changed. Google has not updated the public PR data in almost 2 years now and probably never will again. The data you are seeing is inaccurate.

Third, PR comes from links. No links, no PR.

If you paid much for this domain, you got seriously screwed.
