Need some marketing ideas

Hey!

I want to sell my domain (dairyqueen.org) but i don't know how much to ask for.
I used about five online domain appraisals to know the value but all their best results are bullshit. Imagine, a tool telling me my domain is worth $12. Gushhh! Please i need better results..

Any idea?

    It depends on how much traffic your website is having daily. The more traffic website can be sold higher price and vice versa. People willing to pay high price for a lot of traffic website because it means a ready traffic without the need to spend too much effort or time to bring traffic to the website

    Most people wouldn't even pay $12 because the name is a trademark of a big company. Maybe that's the problem.

    This is my Advice to you:

    Try to post your domain on Godaddy Auction, Flippa or Sedo Marketplace.

    I sold one of my special domains on Godaddy Auction before two days.

    And Now I am selling all of my special domains on ( Available.ws ) by cheap price.

    Well this domain might get you in trouble, as dairyqueen is a very big corporate and there will be issues related with trademark, I'll give you few advice as under

    1) Try selling it to dairyqueen.com (If they are generous they will buy it paying some good $$$ or the chances are they might threaten you for owing trademark domain)
    2) Just drop this domain and go for a non trademark new domain, properly .com domain
    3) List them on domain auctions websites like flippa, namepros, warriourforum etc etc
    4) Send outbound mail to prospective buyers

    First, your existing domain should have a website page stating that it is for sale.
    Make a reasonable price that will sell.
    Finally, email potential buyers and advertise in online networks.

    Wow, what the ... lol

    Man get rid of this domain name in a way (let it go to expiration) or another (yeah, maybe try to sell it to Dairy Queen corporation). No wonder none of an alive mind would want to buy this. I can't even imagine how you've even come up with the idea to buy this at first!

    Create Instructional Videos. Video content is really valuable, and while it can cost big bucks to get professional YouTube videos produced, there's nothing wrong with giving it a shot yourself or hiring a film student off Craigslist. Wistia offers a great video tutorial showing you how to shoot expert-looking footage on your regular old iPhone!

    I once registered a domain name that had to do with used rolex watches. The next day I got a "Cease and Desist" and the day after a call from Rolex's attorney. It will not end well for you if DQ gets wind of it and since you've posted it publicly, it's only a matter of time.
