Opinions on buying a website on Empireflippers

Hello! I would really appreciate some input on this thought that I have. Say that I have a capital of $10.000 and I would use that money to buy a profitable website on Empireflippers that makes perhaps $400-500 per month.

I know the importance of SEO, keywords, email-marketing, social media and building a relationship with the visitors and I am in the process of learning all about it and I am ready to devote time to develop the site to gain more profit.

Do you think that this is a wise investment? Is there anyone who has started out in this way? What is the bad and the good with this strategy?

Can one trust Empireflippers? I know that flippa is full of scammers. How about Empireflippers?

    You are smart to avoid buying/selling on Flippa...they are the absolute WORST marketplace and full of scammers.

    IMHO, Empireflippers is the most professional and trusted marketplace to buy and sell...they've been totally professional and transparent in my dealings with them.
