Good to be here!

My skills are basic, but include: domain registration, niche specific public domain content, some graphic design (ex.. http://mondonucleosis.com), adsense ready wordpress setup (ex.. http://jamesallencollection.com), keyword research, assess supply and demand ratios for specific niches, simple linkbuilding and seo, some copywriting, autoresponder setup, etc. So... pretty basic.

jrailsback, that's great, that will helps when we flip a wordpress blog.

My skills are being able to index and get traffic to the site. I can make content, but I'm mostly getting into the spirituality niche now, so unless theres something zen-like I can only contribute so much.

So far 7 members have signed up (incl. myself), still waiting for the other 3 to join this group.

Buildingfutures, if we decided to do anything in the realm of spirituality and zen, I've got a huge list of authors whos work is in the public domain. Could be a good way to repackage some of their work into an ebook/audiobook combination. Free product creation right there. And the spirituality niche is pretty hot right now.

jrailsback, building a spirituality & zen blog or site or product?

I do web graphics banners, etc. I can also do voice overs for videos.

well, we could build a site or blog with keyword optimized articles and content for seo purposes, and compile the public domain works into a product to offer for sale on the site. that would add to the value of the site. or better yet, compile the pd works into a free ebook as an ethical bribe to get mailing list opt-ins.

take a look at http://jamesallencollection.com again, that's the method i'm working on with that site. it was created in one day for next to nothing in expenses... domain and hosting.

so... content + product. we could duplicate that process with virtually any niche. zen, spirituality, health, whatever.

jrailsback, that would be a good project, but I think it will take some time to build it, will keep that in mind for later execution.
