I am a "newbie" so to speak as well. If I could provide a suggestion it would be to focus exclusively on one niche and then branch out. Once you build a database in that one niche then you would be able to cross sell your other niche products. It sounds like you enjoy teaching so maybe you should focus on a teaching niche and develop/market products around that one niche. I hope this helps.
