Sirius, are you able to book the meeting room for then? (the $25/hr room)

Hi Andy,

I just called them. Seems like they're booked solid until 15th Sep. Plus, no evening slots - only until 5pm each day.

Any other options, guys?

If we can't get a place, why not we just meet at the same burger king as last time? It wasn't ideal to be sure, but pretty far from noisy (at least while I was there).

There're tons of virtual offices with meeting facilities available around the CBD area. But someone has to go through the list!

Sirius: Virtual offices are a good option but don't we have to be a current client of theirs to book a room??

David: My guess is the Burger King we were at was ok for a group of 2 to 5 but anything bigger and the noise may be too much, what do you think?

Andy: If we're going "public", there's still the 2 places I described earlier -- Esprit Cafe at Centrepoint and Starbucks Fullerton. Or do you still prefer a private meeting room?

I don't mind. Hopefully we'll have more people this time so a public place is fine, but better if we can not have to talk over lots of other people and have space to be comfortable. The meeting rooms just seem like a good idea because of comfort, quiet and whiteboards.

Not necessarily - most of them will rent out meeting rooms to non-clients, but at a higher rate of course.

Okay, just got off the phone with the Indulgencedcafe guys. Friday 6pm to 9pm is okay for them (no extra charges for non-office hours). They have different hourly rates, and different room setups available (I think we can go for either Meeting Room Setting or Conference Room Setting).

If everyone is okay with this, then one of us has to email them first to book the slot (all info on the link I previously provided), then send a 25% cheque deposit (or you can go down and make a full deposit).
