Would be great if everyone could do a quick intro. I'll start -- My full time job is in corporate training where I specialize in crisis and media communication. I stumbled across IM last year when I was helping my wife to put her small biz online. Since then I've attended a couple of courses, spent time on the WF, and have started a blog, a product review site and a couple of niche sites. Now, over to you guys!

Oh and if there's anything S'pore specific you guys want to chat about, just post away.

Something current and Singapore-specific I wanted to raise -- recently you might have seen some full page ads in The Straits Times advertising seminars by a company called StoresOnline. Whatever you do, stay away from these guys.

The short version is -- they charge you minimum 3 thousand bucks for a domain, hosting and use of a website template. But nothing else. They've a shoddy support line, and a library of very basic IM stuff. If you want to read more, especially from folks who fell for them, go to this thread in the old forum --
