OK, I actually flipped flipwebsites.com, which was one of the first ebooks about flipping websites. However, I'm still involved in this niche, which is a great niche in internet marketing IMO.

I have been flipping small time sites for many months now...Even after several months of working with the niche, theres still so much to learn! And theres a ton of room for growth!

Great group, I own www.siterev5.com a community for site flippers, so I can contribute a lot here, been site flipping for three years

I am a member of Justin Brooke's siteflipacademy site... but I don't even use it. I've considered getting into flipping domains with custom wordpress themes. Plus with the nice SEO capabilities of Wordpress and its flexibility makes it so there is no limit on what you can do with it.

Thanks for starting this group Ryan. It's great to be in a close communities of others who share my same interests. IM feels like a lonely world sometimes, so it's great that we can bounce ideas off each other.

I'm curious...what sale sites do you folks prefer to use? Im a big fan of eBay and Sitepoint. Typically I'll use eBay for a quick sale and Sitepoint for slow/more profitable sales.

My strategy was to build a list of people interested in buying sites....

Now I have a list of around 1,700 that buy sites for personal use, flipping use, what ever use. So, when i want to sell a site of mine, I send it to the list, private auction style and boom, sold in 2 hours.
