I'm sitting here at work right now and I was bored, so I started to come up with a rough marketing plan. Once I started the ideas just kept coming! Right now I have 14 different ways we can promote this. Some of them are much better than others, and some of them will cost some money. Before I finalize the list, Mac, I want toi hear more about your networking options. Also, George, I want some details about your Hub Finder. I'm supposed to be getting on from Commission Blueprint, but that might not be until the new year.
Once I have the methods finalized, I'll arrange them in order of completion and who is assigned to complete them. For the most part it will be me and Steve, but Mac will hopefully find time to use his networking contacts when not busy with writing.
Mac, I will also have the target keywords and what I need in terms of content at that time.

If you could, everyone sign up for a Facebook account (if you don't already have one or don't want to pitch to your real friends) and join as many Internet Marketing and Make Money Online groups as you can. When the time comes we'll post on the group walls with our affiliate link.

I don't have a SPECIFIC plan for this as far as networking goes, but the way I work is, the more I know and understand something, the better I will be able to identify folks in my network who might be a good fit. I am sure once we begin talking and I find where we are and where we need to be I will be able to make some great connections happen. Also, if everyone can sign up for a free account on PerfectNetworker.com, I can start a group there as well. Perhaps we can make that group open and give other folks the ability to join...offer info on the product, etc.

I want to wait until we hear from George before I got ahead with anything. Having another boring night at work and I've written a few more pages for the plan. From a marketing standpoint, there's a lot of tedious submissions, but its necessary and worth it. In the future we'll look into outsourcing some of the more brainless tasks...once we get some profit rolling.

I have opened up a new account on Facebook as some of my friends are a bit, well lets say understanding of what we will be doing. They'll just hijack my links and comments. They are real jokers. I have set up a new one there for. I will also open up a couple of new twitter accounts to one in my own name and another geared towards the site its self. I know George has iwisuccess so I'll have one like that also just for the project. I'll open account with PerfectNetworker.com now also. I will add you all on the new facebook, twitter and PerfectNetworker account also.

Wow, you guys are showing some great initiative. I am away for 1 day and I am truly 1 day behind...I am working to catch up.

The first thing that we need to do is setup an account for our team in the IWI membership. This will also give us the promotional website that can be marketed though the marketing effort. The website will be based on our username which is a max 10 characters. So we could use something like warriors or imwarriors to setup the account.

I suggest that Kevin setup the account to allow one of you to understand the sign-up process, and receive the follow-up email series that all members received. Once you have done that, we can make the Username/Password available to all of us. At the same time, I will upgrade the membership to a Platinum Reseller status and we will be ready to promote this account.

There are tons of training videos, Resell Rights, PLR and Master Resell Rights products. When looking at the library of products, remembers that I own the rights to these products, so try and think outside the box, because these products can be used to create other niche sites and membership.

Does that work for you guys. There is also a number of videos detailing the program, and the business opportunity. I recorded a complete program overview using camtashia. I also have a 5 minute video that was professionally done and is similiar to the one on the front page. It talks about the business opportunity and gives an example.

Hey George, I'll go ahead and set up the account at IWI and let you know the details so you can do the upgrade....you mentioned Platinum Reseller status. Is there a difference between that and the Diamond Reseller status you mentioned in an earlier message? If not, that's ok. I just want to make sure the payouts are the same as discussed before. I've included them on the legal document if you haven't looked at it already.
