Growth Hack File Upload Site

Hi I have a file share site zipshare.net

I'm investing in PPC now, Adwords and bing. To drive the usage of the site. I've also added fb pixel and retarget these people on fb

At the same time, I've promoted the website in the email signature. - an email will be sent to the uploader and downloader

Each day I get about 50 unique users using the website. I've been doing this for over a month now.

Recently tried to stop the ads and I noticed that if the ads are stopped, i don't get more than 2 users a day.

Is there other more effective growth method I can use?

    Follow the growth hack strategy that DropBox used. They gave free memory upgrade for referrals.

    If you are running PPC, I would stick with a display campaign for now. You get thousands of impressions and the cpc are in the cents.

    Have a social share button that post on their fb and twitter after they uploaded their files thats says something like "I uploaded my files at..."

    For a start, make your product usable.

    Why would I enter my email in order to share files? Why is random web development window opening when I click on the body of the page?

    The image hosting market is over-saturated, you need to provide really good value for users. For an example imgur, which allows direct linking of images (lately they started to **** people over, they show some ads when the referrer is facebook). No idea if and how can they be profitable.
