That seems like a silly question.
We know nothing about you so how do you expect anybody to give you ideas?

Hi Guys, i think Lee is asking in a general. We all understand in the first few days we started we all needed some direction or ideas. I tell you something, i wish i had asked this question at first, it would have saved me loads of time in the wrong niches like ads and blogging. Simply making $1800 a month with ads and blogging wont support my family.

If only i had warrior forums back then as the go to place for advice!!! I spent years hammering at the wrong stone thinking im going to find gold. What i did realize though is that failing is probably the best thing that happened to me in the beginning, in fact my failures were my biggest success stories. It sounds contradictory however when i failed is when i found the best niches i still currently operate in to.

So here's to all failures and their success!!

Lol, you could've introduced yourself at least. "Hi, I'm Lawrence the Winner. Here's an idea for your business, start by providing a business plan / model which we can all provide suggestions for."

No one is going to give you their secret. And no one can help without more information about you. Without more information, this question is a complete waste of time for the people you are asking for help from because anything they say probably won't work for you in your particular situation.

Posting multiple threads with the same question is frowned upon and tends to get people in trouble. http://www.warriorforum.com/growth-h...tup-ideas.html

Hi Lee Norris from FL the sunshine state!! Lucky you.....

I have honestly looked at every angle online and have earned money in various niches, the best niche i have found to date is running a membership site that brings in stable income monthly also known as recurring income. It’s the only way I’m able to build a profitable business, earning monthly income allows me to focus on recruiting new members month after month yet still benefit from my previous months efforts.

I find selling digital products time consuming, tedious and extremely hard to succeed without putting in loads of cash to market.

I’m more of the type of guy that wants to build a business instead of a email list, i like getting my hands dirty and making sure that my primal focus is to offer my users with valuable content. How else would I sell memberships if what I sold was crap right?

That’s what intrigued me about your post, it’s clear you want to start a real profitable business and need some ideas on niche market ect.

    So here’s my proposal:
I am a web developer and currently have built various websites in multiple niches which have been designed to accumulate recurring income via memberships. Some niches include freelance websites, business directory websites, eCommerce and so forth.

What I will put on the table just for you:
-Free Website Build ( Seriously stunning applications )
-Free design logo and brand identity
    -Free advice and training
-One on One chat with me for strategic planning

    What I expect from you:
-Understanding how to use the internet
-Marketing skills ( Must be Very Good )

    Who should join me:
-People that want to run a stable business
-People that want to earn recurring income
    -People that are business minded
    -People that can Market

Who Should Not Consider This Option:
-People that sell products like IM digital products
-People that don’t understand business relations
    -People that are lazy

Now if you find my proposal interesting just let me know and I will help you kickstart your business in the right direction. If you are a developer then this most probably would not interest you. Consider this post for anyone that’s looking at starting a new business who needs direction, development & training.

Because im putting in so much on the table for you, I do however would need something back in return, this we can chat about and discuss if you are indeed interested.

My top income methods for earning money online are ( in no particular order ):
-Selling Products ( using special methods to get out there and make sales )
-Membership sites ( best way to earn online )
-Drop shipping ( hardest way, loads of stress and can be time consuming yet very profitable )
-Flipping products, websites, or domains & memberships
-Affiliating yourself with reputable companies ( no talking about blogging ect, im talking about running affiliate systems like finding cheap flights ect )
-Training ( teaching people is a great way to profit online )
-Freelancing your skills ( one that really can be a full days work, depending on how much time you have to set aside to your new business )
-Selling digital products ( They all over the net and competition is fierce )

I hope this has not only given you a lot to ponder about, but also some direction on where to go from here, taking action is the best way to start something. I wish you all the best in your business venture. Should you need any help, there’s a HUGE load of warriors ready to assist.

Start up ideas... well the first thing you must have to do is get really clear on what you want to do.

You have been given some great ideas above...

So now it's time for you to do some research and discover what it is that you will 100% commit to. Not be interested in ... because if it is just an interest you won't be committed.

Happy to help if you want to bounce ideas off me.

    Just send me a message

The whole point of a startup business is a unique idea. Which means that's something YOU have to come up with. Every startup and the methods to build it are different and that's something we can help you with more or less (general guidance and stuff), but we can't think of a startup idea for you, that's your job.

There is no right or wrong start up business idea, you need to find out how much information you know on a niche, if you are passionate about the niche then that helps. Ask yourself this?

What am I an expert in?
What do I want to become an expert in?
What niche do I know experts in?

When I say expert, I mean you know enough information to find a problem in the niche and solve that problem for others

Start writing down your ideas then move forward to researching

      Hope That Helps,

You have to enjoy it too ! pick something you love doing. To get ideas look into well paying affiliate programs that are offered online via a proper affiliate marketing platform. There are tonnes of great programs available. You could always try drop shipping. For example if you like a particular sport or hobby.. Like fishing or kayaking jump on board and create your own following - you can always use drop ship and amazon style data feeds to virtually sell items based on your following.

Define your demography and then try to solve a problem in the unconventional way or a better way. Let me give a silly example: Stoner buddy app: Say your demography and target audience consists of people who loves to get stoned. And you know how the craving to eat something nice after getting stoned is. An app through which verified people can order food at wee-hours or can barter a joint with a member for a pack of granula. Cheers! Keep exercising your idea muscle and fail often.

I know people who are selling Gifts/Flowers are doing very well.

I know this is not too much but at least something to start.

You need to work on something that would be helpful, that would solve peoples problems. I think that is why startup businesses goes from zero to hero. Think of the things online that frustrates you most, that would be your drive to setup a startup business.

You don't need to be unique at some sort, you just need to be the best among others. Implement what they don't have. Explore, Innovate, Evolve.

Here are the three questions I ask myself before every new business venture:

    1. What do you enjoy?
    2. What are you good at?
    3. What will people pay you to do?

    Thanks

Inspiration can be found anywhere. Getting an idea can be as simple as keeping your eyes peeled for the latest hot businesses; they crop up all the time. Many local entrepreneurs made tons of money bringing the Starbucks coffeehouse concept to their hometowns and then expanding from there. Take Minneapolis-based Caribou Coffee. The founders had what they describe as an "aha moment" in 1990 and, two years later, launched what is now the nation's second-largest corporate-owned gourmet coffeehouse chain. Other coffee entrepreneurs have chosen to stay local.

And don't overlook the tried and true. Hot businesses often go through cycles. Take gardening. For the past few years, gardening products and supplies have been all the rage, but you wouldn't consider gardening a 21st century business. The same goes for shoe cobblers and seamstress businesses--with people wanting shoes and clothes to last longer or fit just-so, these businesses are in demand, and supply is short.

In other words, you can take any idea and customize it to the times and your community. Add your own creativity to any concept. In fact, customizing a concept isn't a choice; it's a necessity if you want your business to be successful. You can't just take an idea, plop it down and say, "OK, this is it." Outside of a McDonald's, Subway or other major franchise concept, there are very few businesses that work with a one-size-fits-all approach.

One of the best ways to determine whether your idea will succeed in your community is to talk to people you know. If it's a business idea, talk to co-workers and colleagues. Run personal ideas by your family or neighbors. Don't be afraid of people stealing your idea. It's just not likely. Just discuss the general concept; you don't need to spill all the details.

Hopefully by now, the process of determining what business is right for you has at least been somewhat demystified. Understand that business startup isn't rocket science. No, it isn't easy to begin a business, but it's not as complicated or as scary as many people think, either. It's a step-by-step, common-sense procedure. So take it a step at a time. First step: Figure out what you want to do. Once you have the idea, talk to people to find out what they think. Ask, "Would you buy and/or use this, and how much would you pay?"

Determining what you want to do is only the first step. You've still got a lot of homework to do, a lot of research in front of you. Most important: Do something. Don't sit back year after year and say, "This is the year I'm going to start my business." Make this the year you really do it!
