I'm working with a very well funded two sided marketplace that doesn't have a growth team in place (yet). I know that Uber has separate teams for supply growth and rider growth. Does anyone know if Airbnb has a similar structure? What do you guys recommend as the best growth team structure for a two sided marketplace?
