We've spent the last year talking about growth hacking with over 125 of the brightest and most insightful leaders at companies like Google, Dropbox, LinkedIn, & Expedia among many on GrowthHacker.TV .

There's a ton of misunderstanding and *******ization of the term, so we'd like to try and clear the air.

This is what we consider to be the most concise, accurate description to define a growth hacker.

A growth hacker is a creative and data-driven individual that utilizes product, marketing, and engineering, to scale and sustain user growth.

    Great resources!
Growth Hacker TV is excellent. It's an amazing resource for both aspiring and experience marketers/growth hackers.

    Is this Bronson?

This is Alaister from Freelancer.com and Warrior Forum.

What would you say all the growth hackers you have interviewed have in common?

Hey Alaister, thanks! Great feedback, we have a LOT of fun.

How can you not when everyday we get to talk strategy with the greatest minds in business growth. Then turn around and share it with others.

Sorry to disappoint, this is not Bronson but Mike, I'm one of the founding members of GHTV and head up all business development, guest bookings, and partnerships.

You asked "What would you say all the growth hackers you have interviewed have in common?" - I know people would want Bronson on to answer this one, I know he'll have an insightful answer. Posting that shortly.

Really great share. Really appreciate it!

Love the 2nd point in the '7 Growth Hacks to test on your landing page' article. I personally have never been a big fan of building a "List" just because that is where the money is. I personally prefer to fill my list with buyers, and not everybody that walks through the door. Standard list building has Parreto's Law ( 80/20 ) written all over it!

Going way back into the late 90's I was and am still big into Viral marketing. In todays world much of this information is given in trade ( e-mail Address ) And there is in general, a message attached with this type of transaction. " This information is for your eyes only kind of stuff. "

I understand the psychological use of this.. an attempt to draw them in for the close. On the flip side of that I see the inherent blocking in sharing the information.

Reading this article has made me look at recent viral product that I have created and noticed that somewhere in the years I have stopped applying the not so subliminal message, that's its ok to share this. Something I am going to go back in and correct!

Again thanks for the great resources!
