The Definitive Guide to Growth Hacking

What's up warriors! I thought I would share this guide written by Neil Patel over at QuickSprout.com.

He does a great job of breaking down exactly what growth hacking is, how it started, and how you can use it effectively to grow your business.

A great read, but right off the bat it says "Find yourself a growth hacker".

I'm trying to be a growth-hacker, not hire one and cut into my revenue, what's up with that?

It doesn't tell you to hire a growth hacker. It actually explains the methods you should use to become a growth hacker.

Read it a bit more and realized I was wrong.

        Sorry about that!

Hi, thanks for the share, it was quite a read. After reading the first 3 chapters I think I fit in the "frontend developer" I'm a graphics designing student and I like how "growth hacking" methods are influenced by modern designs and they emphasize on the word "innovation" a lot.

That being said I'm not new to IM and growth hacking seems to me is all about "reverse engineering" and also breaking out from the traditional marketing look and feel and daring to do something new which is in the current trend. Also as the guide mentions you need a team of 3 members at least and I think the hardest part is to find people who has the same mindset about "growth hack" like me. And then there's ample hours of brainstorming and bringing new ideas on table, etc. If people don't have the right vision and don't know what they're doing I see everyone losing interest very soon.
