PPC Classroom Contact Details?

Hey there Team,

Has anyone been able to contact the people @ PPC Classroom?

I have now posted two tickets complaining about the extra charges they have suddenly decided to place on my credit card and there has been no reply.

It seems that they have no contact methods apart from their ticket system and forum.

I have placed requests for urgent help on the forum as well but no response either.

Am I the only person that has been getting extra random charges?

I have never heard of PPC Classroom.If I were you I would contact your bank and tell them that you did not atherize those charges.It sounds like this my be some fly by night opperation.

They take their time in replying to requests, I had a similar problem, they charged my credit card twice!! Funny thing is that I received a phone call from one of their telephone sales reps a few days ago and when I told him I was not interested in his offer he hung up on me!! got to love that good old customer service eh!!

Yes I have complained in the ticket system there twice... No response over a two week period
I have complained in their forum, they just deleted the post!

Looks like I will have to take it up with Amex.

How is it that these people are able to continue with business? Do the punters know that majority of their income is from incorrect charges and then ignoring complaints!

Have you gone to the edit your profile and then manage subscription?
from there you can cancel what ever monthly subscription you are on
