Default Russell Brunson's Instant Micro-Continuity

Anyone here ordered Russell's Instant Micro-Continuity?

It sounds like a great done-4-you product but I wonder how it is generalized enough to cover all niches.

No info on the refund policy or if niches are exclusive or not.

Unfortunately the 'live' webinar replays are no longer active to re-watch the sales pitch.

Hi Rainer,

I did ordered Russell's Instant Micro-Continuity. I have not received any email or mail from them. I just submitted a ticket to their Help Desk. Will let you know what happened, if you are still interested in this program.

Thanks, I am still interested. I had submitted a ticket to their Help Desk asking for another view of the sales page but nothing yet. Sounds like it may not be finished yet.

Could you explain or expand this comment a little more? Is there a reason you recommend forgetting it?

They have way too many customers to handle so it seems. The volume of orders exceeded what they can take in.

At least they shipped the product over. So that's a good sign.

Hi Elisha,

How long did it take you to receive your information from them? And were there and upsells when you ordered?

Thanks!

Dennis

anybody here still using this product successfully?

I tried to drive traffic to this done-4-you website where russell brunson's course is sold and the his call center guys sell on the backend. But there is no affiliate support available. I am just shooting in the dark. I can't know the no. of visitors, no. of optins, no of leads, sales, money owed, absolutely nothing.

I can't even install Google analytics code. I tried it twice - didn't work. I have shouted myself hoarse with the customer support. All they can say that is is a technical glitch which will be sorted out soon.

Its been 3-4 months and still nothing has changed. I wonder how he runs a multi-million dollar business with such disgusting customer support.

It seems like a $497 loss to me and the time spent in driving traffic.

Anybody has better luck?

David,

I was allotted a subdomain on their site. Eventually I purchased a domain and I use it to redirect traffic to their site.

They had given me a admin login which contained a space to install tracking code. I tried to install Google Analytics but it didn't work.

Customer support also couldn't do much except inform me that it is a technical glitch which should be sorted out soon.

Months have passed and yet the glitch is apparently not sorted out

Thanks for the info. It was on my "To Buy" list, as it seemed a great idea. Now I know... I'll just forget about it, or maybe try to create a similar offer...

I'm a huge fan of Russell's products and I believe that he's one of the few "gurus" out there who actually practices what he preaches. He knows his stuff and is a great teacher.

That being said....

I'd have to agree with the fact that they could use some technical and support improvement. I just got involved with one of his other products as a reseller, and it's not going well so far.

I also think Russell's a great guy but maybe he doesn't know what's going on on the systems side.

For a company running a multi-million dollar business, is it difficult to provide affiliate tracking? How does he expect affiliates to work with him?

I do like his(Brunsons) stuff and was going to jump on this offer but the sales rep phoned me and I asked him if it was on my server or their server and he said he didnt know and for me to contact support.

Figured he didnt want to make a sale that day and if he didnt want to make a sale then maybe I didnt want to buy.

Cheers for the reply

Regards
Dave

I like his message and materials but his support sucks. I would leave 2-3 phone messages a day and 2-3 emails and support tickets and usually within 4-7 days I would get a response.

Friends,

Russell is a great salesman, but his back-end is probably the poorest in the industry. He promises and his people (I assume) don't deliver.

You have to listen to an endless recording when you call and they will take your call probably 1 out of 10 attempts.

I am turned off and very unhappy with this people.

Regards to you all.

I was taking a look a this product again. The sales pitch is great, but from the sounds of it this program is not all that it is cracked up to be. Does anyone have any updates on how this has worked out for them?

I didn't know he had an Instant Micro Continuity. What is the difference between that and his regular Micro Continuity program?
