Like many of you, I make a full time income online - and therefore spend 10 - 12 hours a day on my laptop. MY VISION SUCKS! It's getting worse daily... ![]() So I heard about these things called anti glare screens + anti glare glasses... Do you use these and if so WHERE did you buy them from? Please advise, need to buy both ASAP. Thanks |

We use anti-glare screens in our workplace as part of the companies Health & Safety Obligations. Generally they do work by reducing ambient light reflecting on the computer screens from such things as windows, overhead flourescent lighting etc. They are helpful, BUT If you are experiencing trouble with your eyesight then I would recommend: a/ you take regular breaks AWAY from your computer screen, and b/ seek some professional advice from someone like an Optometrist. All the best. |
