I Want to PAY to Join a Private Forum/Community

Can anyone recommend a quality community/network/forum that's private, made for exchanging support, resources, and such? I'm looking for a place where members share valuable ideas, and are apt to assist with swapping backlinks, writing short articles and making quality blog posts, etc., for each other.

I'm guessing that private/paid forums are more likely to have far fewer "fluff" posts, and with a financial barrier to entry, the overall maturity and exerience level of the participants would be higher than on free forums.

(I guess even if it's free, it could be good -- like a certain Facebook/MySpace/etc group. Ideas?)

The well-known Traffic Kahuna (and its Web 2.0 Co-Op component) comes to mind as fairly reputable, but it's almost always closed for new members. Can anyone recommend a viable alternative?

The "War Room" here sounds like a possibility, although it might be a different crowd than I'm seeking. Hmmm.

Thanks for anyone's recommendations.

      No, I'm dead serious.

But, judging from the number of replies I received to my post, I presume that you're not the only one laughing.

So, what's the funny part? Me wanting to spend money? While I named the title of the thread as such, the real intent is to find a valuable community, that is private and provides a barrier to entry of some kind, such as financial.

I mentioned Traffic Kahuna as one. Stompernet is another. There are countless other ones that I've heard about in passing. They are either closed-door now or quite pricey.

        War Room is Great!

another one would be StomperNet which is $800/month.

I'd highly recommend the War Room on the WF as well. Just about any one of those posts is worth your one-time fee x10 (no exaggeration). In fact, I got turned to some very useful tools through that private forum.

Oh, and lots of generous Warriors are giving away their products in there which they usually charge money for.

War Room is great. Every single thread is exploding with value. I have a folder on my hard drive where I save great posts and articles related to IM. I have saved... about 3/4 of the entire War Room.

That said, War Room isn't really a question-and-answer type forum. Nor is it a place for people to exchange small services like you've mentioned (article writing, backlink building, etc). The War room is for elite warriors to come and share their ideas and methods with the rest of us.

If you can't find the type of community you're looking for, you could always start one yourself...

Thanks for everyone's suggestions. Yes, I did jump aboard War Room. There is undoubtedly lots of juicy stuff in there, but as just mentioned, not exactly what I'm seeking right now.

What about Wealthy Affiliate? I used to be a member and I thought the forums always had a lot of information and people willing to help.

War Room here - and 1kaday would be my recommendations.

I was going to tell you to join mine - but remembered I don't have one....
