    Why are clickbank products so overpriced I would be happy to accept say 50% or less for a reasonably priced product!

      Probably because people don't understand marketing. Most appear to think that if you have a product that say will sell to 10,000 people at $10.00 (and make 100k) they can sell it at $200.00 they can make $2,000,000. They ignore the fact that the amount of "consumers" that will pay X is a lot greater then those that will pay X*Y.

    Why do you say they are overpriced? Is it just because they sell for more than you can afford, or think you should have to pay?

    What if you bought one and it taught you to make a couple grand a month? Would it be overpriced if it had been sold to you for $77?

    It's kind of a silly question you ask to be honest about it.

    i find alot of internet marketing packages , i.e dominating cb and guru slapping or what ever its called , are rehashed products. Its annoying to see these people openly ripping people off .

    The problem (will one of the problems) with many clickbank products is they have to pad the price to allow for the affiliate to make money. Each product competes with each other for the business from affiliates. Now some of the products are worth the price but many aren't. Especially in our current financial meltdown, price can have a huge impact on conversions.

    But if you put a product on Clickbank and pay less than $20-30, you won't get many to promote it. It's one of those catch 22 deals. And of course the refund stats go up as the price does.

    Glen you know I could actually hear the drum roll
    as you presented that product.

    I say whatever a person can get for their product
    more power to them.

    When i use to buy click bank I looked at it this way
    if the sales letter can get me to buy it. I knew
    that I was guaranteed to get at least two sales
    on the same product to make my money back.

    Once I went in this philosophy in mind it made
    life a lot easier.

    If i will buy it there probably at least two more
    people that I can promote it to as an affiliate and
    come out even.

    I look for the good not the negative.
