Any good membership software with dev rights?

Hey,

So I've been trying to find good membership software with developer rights (can use for client sites) but having difficulties.

I'm looking for both wp and/or a non wp software.

The ones ive looked at either don't have dev rights or the support is terrible.

Any suggestions?

    What type of website are you planning to make? I am using Moodle for project-based learning sites; the security is superior to anything you can get on WP (think download area and so on), Moodle is free but is constantly developed, user data is readily available. Takes some time get used to, though but the learning curve is not as steep as for my other favourite, Drupal.

    Not sure if it will be suitable for your projects?
