Jimmy D Brown has a product called "InfoProducts Mastery". It is all about creating and selling information products. The package is pretty pricey ($697) but based on the sales page has everything you need to make such a business a success. So far as I've heard, Jimmy has a good reputation. Does anyone own this course? I've tried to find objective reviews, with no luck. I'm not sure how long the product has been offered, but I think it's been a while. |

Hey ethan, You should look into Kevin Riley's products. He has a Product Creation Course and I think if you subscribe to his newsletter he also has an "ecourse" which is very detailed and helpful. I've been creating info-products for a long time now and I subscribed to Kevin's ecourse and learned a few things. His stuff is very well written and Kevin is a good guy who will be glad to answer any questions you might have. Check out his profile below. I like Jimmy a lot, and I'm sure that the course is good. But in my honest opinion you do not need to spend $697 to learn how to create and sell information products.

And this is coming from someone that DID buy InfoProduct Mastery and believe that it's got GREAT information in it. 1) Keep in mind that this course was created several years ago, so it lacks any cutting edge (a.k.a. "what's 'hot' right now") stuff. However, it focuses on the FUNDAMENTALS of creating information products, which was really important to me when I bought the course 2? 3? years ago. 2) It's laid out beautifully and all the information is relevant and concise. 3) Jimmy and Ryan did an excellent job on the audios and do a wonderful job in keeping you entertained throughout the course with their likable rapport. I listened to many portions of the audio multiple times while jogging, working out, or cutting the grass and I always got great ideas from tidbits of information that I may have glossed over the first time I listened to them. 4) IMO one of the best values in the course is not *JUST* in the information that Jimmy and Ryan give out (which is good in and of itself) but in the actual way that they put it out. In other words, you can learn a LOT about how to create, package, and deliver high-end information products just by looking at how they packaged this one. I guess my summary would be that if you had the cash laying around, that I will tell you that it won't be wasted by purchasing this course. However, like Lance K pointed out there are many other resources that can steer you in the right direction on how to create and market information products as well. I certainly wouldn't advise you to buy it if you were low on cash, though. Hope this helps! -DareDevil | |

I bought the InfoProducts Mastery course about a year ago. It was my first internet marketing course, and though I have bought some more recent courses lately I still find myself refering to it. Though it is several years old, the information on finding niches is still very relevant. It comes with a great toolkit, and loads of ways to find and write to JV partners. Much of the information came from the special Alchemy Reports that were included with the course. I don't know if it's still offered, but because I bought this course I was able to get his Small Report Fortunes ($97.) course fee waived. |
