What's the best Ebook Delivery/Membership Site Software

Making Money Online.. I LOVE IT!

Everyone has their own method of making money online, I started out with CPA and it works great but now I'm expanding my business by setting up my own e-book products/paid membership site. (I plan on using clickbank to sell the product)

MY QUESTION:

I'm looking for complete automation when it comes to creating a membership site.

What are your top picks and recommendations? I'm looking for a non-hosted solution for the membership script.

Right now I'm testing aweber for the mailing list and autoresponder and it works great.

The main features that I'm looking for is:
  • One time fee
  • Free/Responsive Tech Support!
  • membership site
  • download protection
  • affiliate management
  • payment processing w/ paypal - clickbank integration
  • integrated aweber autoresponder
  • ad tracking / coupon codes
  • drip delivery - delivers info after time intervals
  • reoccurring billing support

So far my research keeps leading me to these products:

dlguard
instant member
amember

If you have any feed back on these options let me know. Thanks

I've used DLGuard with clickbank products before, and it works well for membership sites and one-off ebooks. It can be tricky to get up and running, but once it does things seem to be pretty smooth (the product creator will set it up for you, if you want, I beleive).

It doesn't handle any affiliate magement, so you'd need a separate solution for that. Somehting like EasyClickMate should be fine. I haven't used an affiliate management tool yet, so I can't strongly recommend one (I'll be going for EasyClickMate in the next few weeks though...I think!)

I'm using amember, and I think it has all of the features you need.

They have great support, and I like the interface and options you get. However, I haven't started using it that much yet, but I feel that it's a good bet.

They also have several ways of protecting files, as well as they do 1 free install if you're not that techy.

I'm already a fan of Joomla so I'll have to test drive AEC as well. Thanks.

Rapid Action Profits seems like a nice script from the features. It would be nice if they had a live demo. Thanks for the info..

There is no one script that is the best for everyone. They all have their pro's and con's.

The best advice is to figure out exactly what you want your membership site to do and what features you require. Then figure out what you might want to add in the future. Once you have your needs mapped out then you are ready to do a little research.

Look for the scripts that meet your personal needs and make your decision based on the merits of which script best fits your personal needs.

Many scripts are basic and have just enough to run a membership site while others are full featured and have a ton of features. You need to know which will work best for you personally. Do you need just the basics or do you need a ton of features. Most people end up buying a full featured script and never using more than one or two features, ending up spending more then they needed to and having a script that is overkill and more complicated than what they really need.

Thanks for the advice. I'm definitely looking for a script that is expandable and can handle multiple membership sites/products through 1 install. Centralization and automation is my goal
