I don't mind people taking an idea and expanding on it and making it their own, but there is a line. Make up your own minds. I've been refused a refund, and threatened with legal action if I do this. Let the games begin.

    Your post is not clear.

    Who made what their own?
    Who refused you a refund? For what?
    Legal action if you do "this"... What is "this"?
    What legal action?
    What is the point of the screenshot?
    What are you showing us?
    Are you one of the two parties in the screenshot?

    I really have no idea what this post is about but it looks interesting...

    WP Robot has been around for years, AssociatePress was released last week. Associate press has duplicated some of WPRobot word for word. I wasn't comfortable using it. They refused the refund. It's not exactly like WP Robot, they have added extra functionality but it's too close for comfort for me.

    I have nothing to do with either product apart from being a customer.
    I don't take kindly to being threatened with legal action or being called an idiot.

    1. This belongs in the Product Review section.
    2. Your fight is for a refund. If AssociatePress stole content or software from WP Robot that is WPR's fight not yours. Maybe AssociatePress bought white label rights or something that you are unaware of and have no way of finding out. Maybe it was an accident by an outsourcer that forgot to change some wording or embedded the wrong content.

    This forum is not the place for you to start a fight between two vendors simply because you feel you are warranted a refund. Especially not when you are promoting a third product of similar type in your signature.

    I'm not fighting for a refund, I've been refused despite the 30 day refund policy. If I wanted my money back I'd take it through JVZoo or paypal. It's not worth the effort.

    I'm not starting a fight between 2 vendors. This is the second product that's been promoted to me this week that is scarily similar to another product. I don't think it's acceptable although I seem to be in the minority.

    If they bought white label rights then that's what they should have told me rather than childishly calling me a name.

    I can't see my signature - I've been unticking the show signature box.

    I wonder why this has been moved to the Product Review Section? It's not a product review - I used it for less than a couple of hours. None of the above relates to a Product review. Gee I wonder if it's because this section gets 10% of the traffic? Gee I wonder if I'm being swept under the rug to cover up a dirty little secret? Sure looks that way. LOL
