Market Samurai

Many people have recommended MS on the forums here and I have to agree that this is a great keyword research tool and it keeps getting better all the time. The one thing that nobody has mentioned is there customer service and that is the reason for my post.

I am not one to go to CS for every issue that I have with a product that I own. But I have had some good and bad experinces with CS of some products.

Just recently I had some issues with MS and had to contact their CS. They were so helpful and quick I just had to add this testimonial for them. MS handled this issue for me and lead me by the hand to deal with it.

So if you are still on the fence with purchasing this software I hope this gives you a little more reason to purchase it.

Is it me, or has their front page been set to anonym.to for the past couple days?

I need to dl a fresh install to a new computer and can't access the site.

I agree. Their customer service is sweet. In a recent update, they somehow destroyed the graph function in the Rank Tracker Module. I put in a bug ticket and they responded back in like...30 minutes.

The next day when I powered up MS, there was a NEW update which fixed the graph bug. Now that's FAST.

hrm. I'm not sure what could be causing this. There are a few potential causes.

It could be because of some anonymizer software that you have installed. It could be because a Market Samurai crack was tried (they screw these things up). It could be a trojan. Or it could be one of a few other causes.

I found your email address in our database, and will get in touch about this. Hopefully we'll be able to hunt down the cause and help you out here.

yeah, it was something with that computer. i bought it "refurbished" and it ended up having a lot of little weird problems. :/ i took it back.

The first IM software I ever bough was Market Samurai.

At first I thought it was probably just over-hyped regurgitated overdone software.

I mean, how many other SEO software and crap like that do you find out there?
Tons.

I did the trial. Started using it. Man, I f'n fell in love with it.
Seriously, best investment I have ever made.
Right now I rank #1 for a very competitive keyword which gets over 1000 searches per day.

I got to it very early bird. Paid a good price.
I have made my money back so many times.

All we need is a Market Samurai Mobile.

Oh yea, I once had a support issue.
They fixed me up man. They fixed me up good.

I sent them the support ticket at like 9PM my time by 11PM there were already plenty of message exchanges and a resolved issue. Awesome stuff.

Sounds like the only sensible choice for KW research. I hear they are extending the product soon, too. So we can all look forward to even more great stuff!

Agreed all comments on MS, and that is only beta. Not all functions have been released. I only foresee the price would go up.

I think when I purchased MS it was only on the market a month or so. Since then they have add more modules and improved the speed.

I also should have mentioned they have a very nice training platform as well.

I don't recommend many tools for IM'er however this is one I am HIGHLY recommending.
