P1 Rank Me Peter Garety Anyone Buy This Yet?

It looks pretty useful and a big timesaver software program that builds social links on autopilot.

Thinking about picking this up any reviews from anyone who has bought this yet?

I was hoping some warriors would have weighed on this by now since Peter is such a know figure in the internet marketing realm.

This review does make some interesting observations, for marketers we really need to be leary of bush button solutions but I am going to give Peter Garety the benefit of the doubt here and try this out based of the reputation of some of his previous products.

For me the prospect of getting decent quality links on autopilot is appealing since it is a tremendous time saver and for someone who cannot outsource this type of work it will help me to focus on content and structure only.

However I would try this out on an experimental site first and evaluate the results before committing to a good money site.

I agree completely. I purchased the plugin based on Peter's reputation and that of his associate Andy Fletcher.

I am installing it and testing it on a site with home page and 5 posts that I put together 7 or 8 months ago but never went any further. It currently shows one backlink when I check it in Majestic.

Also, if the backlinks are truly built manually then I don't see how P1RM si any more of a violation of Google's TOS than paying for a Fiverr gig to build backlinks or any other method of artifically creating links.

However, we all realize that the big G makes its own rules so my opinion doesn't really count.

I bought it and it was a chore just to install all of the plugins, set up a chron job auto post in cpanel, which they never show you how to do. I have it setup on a website but honestly, I dont see any benefits from this. It only allows 36 total post to each page or post. I accidently hit the manual button and it only allowed 12 links to my main page, no way to correct this.
I am going to ask for a refund, I spent 100 bucks and also was suppose to get some bonsues from Devan Zander explaining how to use it, but never got the Bonus he promoted, got some other lame bonus from another product. To me it seems a waste of time and money. and if I had to install all these plugins, update the software and install chron jobs on all my sites it would take months... no thanks..

I'm not sure that's really a review by Rutecky, just another opinion

I had asked Brett to send me some links too on a product he was all fired up on promoting in the review comments. All I got was some ad hominem remarks and crickets on the request.

Can anyone who has this program give us some examples of the back-links it creates?.

I hope it works like it says it but for now I have serious doubts. Time will tell.

I've watched the promo videos and (to me) it doesn't appear to be automated at all. It seems like you have to go to each post and add the number of links, titles and other SEO. Then you have to do it all again tomorrow and the next day ...... Happy for someone to prove me wrong on this.

It also seems that it takes the video from the post and uses that for the backlinks. Meaning of course that you need a video on each post. That's my reading of the promo videos.

I've purchased Peter's products in the past, and they were decent, but I'm a bit leery of this one because the backlinks really depend on the sites in his PBN. sites in PBN's can also be deindexed by Google. . I have no idea of the quality or stability of his PBN, so it is hard for me just to trust blindly that the sites will still be there and indexed for years to come.

Keep in mind this wasn't necessarily created by Garety, but perhaps by Andy Fletcher from DigiResults. This is a typical Fletcher-style plugin.

I'd like to hear some weigh-ins from previous buyers of Fletcher's other backlinking and submission plugins with regard to the possible PBN quality of this one.

    Is Garety co-owner of DigiResults?

Ah, just answered my own question. He is a co-founder of DR. I didn't know that. So with all of the plugins they've come out with I'd definitely like to hear from some previous buyers of DR plugins about the PBN quality for this one.

Was just re-reading through Googlewebmaster's guidelines and saw that you'll be penalized by Google for

"Using automated programs or services to create links to your site"

So, regardless of the PBN quality, I, personally, wouldn't risk using P1 Rank Me with any money site.

I'm forced to agree. I was really tempted by this plugin, but Google's own guidelines are very clear about what may have negative impact on your site's ranking - and includes "Using automated programs or services to create links to your site."

        I can't risk it.

And Google is right - playing by the book is the only way to go.

Anything used to game the search results and improve the rank of your website is against Google's terms.

So if you follow this line of thinking than any type of SEO would be not "playing by the book".

In which case... why are we here?

Not at all. The way I see it, Google is saying that backlinks should be natural and relevant so as to give the viewer the best experience. It's like the difference between body building by doing proper workouts or taking steroids.

One way is kosher, the other is cheating and there are safeguards and rules about that.

But that doesn't make SEO irrelevant - quite the opposite IMHO.

Guys, the way I understand the plugin is that it looks like automation at the FE but at the BE, they actually do things manually. That is why it takes about 48-72 hours for the backlinks to be created. As I understand, Peter has got over 50 staff working for him.

I got the standard version and tested with 3 backlinks. That was 3 days back. Just checked now, it says they have been created. Was hoping to pull them up to see what kind of links.Unfortunately, no links to show the backlinks created.

Anyone with details of the links that they create?

Hi, I bought it and I bought the OTO as well. I guess it's a good product but some things are not OK.

With the OTO you should be able to schedule the backlink campaigns but there is no tutorial or explanation on how it works. I listed a ticket to support but no answer. Also in the mastermind group on Google Plus there are many questions that don't get answered. It seems they disappeared. I don't know............. It's really strange since I guess Peter Garety has a good name in IM.

If the scheduling does work and they improve their support this could be a great product. So far I'm left in the dark just like many other buyers in the Mastermind group tell me.

I think like most launches that the support systems are under pressure during the launch period.

The comments inside the P1 Port Premium which is Peter's flagship product forum the comments are generally very positive.

From what I've learned the system does not go and post a whole load of back links at once and it is restricted to either 12 links or 36 links for the lifetime of any post.

It is not recommended to build all links at once.

If you have any of Peter Garety's other plugins that work together to build sites you will know that although they automate any processes they are not automated systems to just set and forget.

I'm yet to utilise P1Rankme but I can say that the systems developed by Peter and his team are supported and I can attribute actual physical sales to sites I have set up utilising some other components of P1Port which have worked well.

I would say that with most push button solutions they are just pipe dreams but push button is not really what building a real business is about so if you just expect to buy something and get instant results without work you are just dreaming.

The main topic of this year's Traffic and Conversion Summit was about sending prospects to quality content and then retargeting them and marketing to them at various points through your funnel.

If you have crap content then there is no point in using something like P1rankme or another system to boost traffic as ultimately you will fail.

If you have quality content whether it be original or curated and are committed to building something on an ongoing basis then I think you would get value out of what Peter Garety has developed.

Like most online IM stuff you need to have a certain knowledge of how to apply and use any information you may get from different people who are promoting their own products or promoting other people's products.

If you can't afford to test what anyone sells then you are best opt-ing out out all the emil promotions that are going on and just get on with building your business and making it profitable.

When you are profitable you can entertain yourself with looking at different solutions that may make your life easier...otherwise go an make some money first.

About the review pointed to earlier in this thread, and some replies -- this is supposed to be a Social Bookmarking plugin, so that is using social bookmark sites and that reviewers comments about posts going to dead sites is ill aimed if not lame. This does not post to PBN either. About the report not seeing what and where links went, that is the case, and done for privacy. You might be able to use majestic or moz type lookup to find them, but not the next day.

There should be some caution about using the WP plugin, as other plugins Peter sells usually require some hosting features that not everyone has. Don't think GoDaddy hosting usually works (GoDaddy domain is OK), and sometimes you will need to contact your hosting support for them to turn on something. And if you want some auto posting, as Johnny said, you need to start a cron job. These can take time to setup.

Generally the idea of getting links to individual posts is Great! And using social bookmarks can be easy. While you can enter text like keywords etc, I think this plugin has defaults to use if you want. But a few minutes telling what anchor text to use would be best.
