I've been hanging out with Landon from SendPepper at Jeff Walker's PLM event. Just wondered if anyone here has used sendpepper before and what your feedback is.

I talked with Landon yesterday after coming across his service. I have signed up and tinkered around with it and researched everything they have to offer about what it does and all the features and have a meeting scheduled for Monday with Jay Medley to get a more detailed demo.

Before I tell you my opinion I want to preface it with a little knowledge about my research over the last few years. I saw a need for a fully integrated system that contains all the components needed to do internet marketing a few years ago. I doubt there is anyone that has done more research on this subject than me about all the services and vendors out there and everything that a marketer needs from a newbies perspective as well as seasoned professional marketers.

My goal was to provide everything a person needs including the training about how to effectively use it so that anyone at any level can focus on the important things like putting out great content and products without being bogged down trying to put all the components together and all the technical roadblocks.

The best put together system I came across a few years ago was Infusionsoft and it is definitely the Cadillac of the industry. I kept wondering why not many people were using it, especially the successful marketers. Slowly, but surely most of the marketers have started using Infusionsoft and they have grown tremendously.

The problem with Infusionsoft was always the minimum of $2,000 to $5,000 to start and $200 to $500 per month. This makes it only accessible to people that are already doing very well financially.

I wanted something that anyone at any level could use and grow with. I had the vision of what to put together and the vendors needed to make it happen. This year I even put together a powerpoint presentation to present to some investors but haven't had a chance to present it yet.

Based on what I have discovered so far from talking with Landon and getting a feel for what they are trying to do, and tinkering around with the product, I am very impressed. Being a very, very detailed person and thinking of things from all angles it can be hard to impress me, but I am very, very impressed.

They are very detailed in what they do and put some things together that are even beyond what I envisioned. There are still some components and details I would like to see but my guess is they will be very open to making this product the best it can be.

Sendpepper is their beginning level service that has two different levels anyone starting a business can access. The level of services available at the prices are unheard of. My initial projections of what my service would cost were as much as double what Sendpepper costs.

The next level is OfficeAutopilot and it is a service that will compete strongly with Infusionsoft and has the real potential to be a Rolls Royce product to Infusionsoft's Cadillac. It's not there yet but they are really just getting started and based on what they have put together so far, again, I'm very impressed.

The one thing they will not be offering is an in-house shopping cart, but there is a very good reason for that. They want to specialize in the management of customer intelligence and service, not shopping carts. Landon told me they are fully integrated with a third-party shopping cart and it is seamless and works without problems.

They have many features that Infusionsoft does not have as well and will be adding more.

If this turns out to be everything it appears to be I'm going to promote the heck out of this because it can help many people. I will be posting a listing of features once I put it together. If you want a link to sign up and try it out send me a message and you will get a free trial. I'm not posting an affiliate link here because I think it's against the rules. Maybe I'll put something in a sig file soon.

Thanks coach, from talking with Landon and looking around a bit, that's pretty much exactly what I am thinking as well.
