aweber form question

I've created a fade in light box opt in form for my page - it works fine, but i've created a header and centered it and everything is centered including the submit button but the name/email and their boxes are left justified and it looks weird - how can I center it all?

    I have had similar problems, they look fine in IE but look garbled in firefox.

    I usually go for the inline opt-in form these days- with a regular form created and then when it mailto: have it go to the aweber ad a lead.
