I absolutely love and adore hostgator as do many other marketers I know of. GoDaddy is pretty good at what they do as well but hostgator seems so much more simple and easy to navigate. GoDaddy is kind of like an information overload type of deal flooded with all of these upsells that you don't need.

Out of these two I would definitely recommend HostGator.

However I found support from the UK difficult, as the freefone number is unusable. If you're in The US, Canada it's fine.

I switched to JustHost, simply because support is easy and free for UK users. I've had no problems in 6 months.

Hostgator's been a little spotty for me as far as uptime lately, and i've never had a problem with godaddy.

Anyone have any advice on this one, or can anyone suggest any alternate hosting companies that allow unlimited hosting of sites, near perfect uptime, and free add ons like wordpress?
What hositng service did you choose...???
