Your Most Trusted Affiliate Networks

Please provide your list of the most trusted affiliate networks. When I said trusted, I mean networks that

* have been around for a long time (stability is very important)
* has a wide variety of offerings and excellent payouts
* has a stellar reputation (no shortchanging affiliates of their commissions)
* easy to join and acceptance into its programs (even for fairly new websites)

Please also list the type of Affiliate Network, such as CPA, products and services like Amazon & CJ, etc.

There have too many untrusted affiliate networks that went belly up for some reason another or made too many policy changes. I rather not waste time registering and setting up affiliate links with untrusted networks.

    Anyone also know of good Credit Card affiliate networks, that is EASY to join? (No hassle over requirements)

    I use to be registered with several well known credit card affiliate networks back in the days ( around 2008 ) but some of these networks disappeared, while others made radical changes ( you know, you have to have an extremely high traffic website with a ton of content to get approved ). Now it's nearly impossible to become a credit card affiliate.

    I know CJ offer a limited credit card affiliates but these providers or banks tend to turn down affiliates almost instantly ( website is too new, not enough traffic, etc, etc. ).
