Hostmysite.com Worst on the Planet

I have had two websites hosted with them for years. It has reached a point you cannot reach anyone via email, chat, phone or their publicized, world class customer service. If NO customer service is world class, they win. What is the best hosting avaialable for my store? Thanks

        As far as I am aware its again an EIG owned company dont understand why people fall to them. Need reliable hosting you can chat with :

    You can try a2hosting.

    Never had a problem with them and they have a 24/7 customer services. Chat is always available.

    It is the hosting I recommend.

    Edited to add: they have also fast servers and daily server backup.
