    I'm not a huge fan of the pop up - but a very good plugin produced by "Elegant Themes" called 'Bloom' it enables you to configure a range of exit pops, overlays, locked content e.t.c

    I'm not necessarily looking for just an opt-in exit pop / overlay but those that allow YES / NO buttons to redirect them to different pages.

    I have'nt got a copy of this one yet but I found it one day I was browsing for this stuff. Surprised I actually found it again. :>)

    IM Popup PRO - Easy & Powerful Popup Software

    It looks both powerful and good looking with plenty of options including 80 built in templates.

    Must be worth a look.
